A life-giving ministry that's free for those who need it

Yes, this is a free ministry I offer to anyone in the Colorado Springs area who has a desire to develop in their self growth and succeed in their goals in context of the work of Christ and his direction found in the Bible. I'm here to walk with you in this journey to help you discover God's purpose for each area of your life and to help you walk with others in their quest as well.
What does my process of biblical coaching look like?
The Bible is very clear that if we want to get the most out of life, we have to start with Jesus. Jesus Himself made the following statements:
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6
"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." John 10:10
Biblical coaching begins in the context and understanding that if we want to discover our life's purpose and live with vision, we must start with Jesus.
Mental wellness coaching
Many people feel stuck in their thinking or desire to overcome unhelpful beliefs about themselves or their surroundings. They may also desire to work through negative feelings like anger, worry, stress, grief or shame. Biblical coaching can bring the light and hope of God's word into these areas with an atmosphere of love, compassion and understanding.
Financial coaching
Many people feel like they're not where they want to be with their finances. Some feel overwhelmed with paying off debt. Others may desire to develop a stable budget or accomplish their dreams of being financially independent. Biblical coaching can help you understand God's principles for building wealth and discover how you can create a successful financial plan.
Relationships coaching
Some people experience difficulties in their relationships that they'd like to address. Sometimes these obstacles can occur within our marriages, parenting, kids, church, neighbors and workplace. The Bible has a lot to say about how to develop healthy, life-giving relationships, and coaching can help you apply those principles to those in your life.
Career coaching
One of the biggest challenges people face today is finding clarity for the next season in their career path. This season comes with a lot of unknowns, worries and stress. Many people want to be able to identify their passions and skills and career that will allow them to utilize the gifts and talents God has empowered them with.
Business coaching
Many people dream of being self-employed and running their own business. Others desire to increase their marketing or sales efforts and see growth in customers and revenue. Biblical coaching can help you develop a vision for your new or established business, and implement the prove principles for success that God shows us in His Word.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?
No, Biblical coaching and whole care is not the same as counseling or therapy, and doesn't exist to diagnose or treat mental and physical issues required by a licensed professional.
2. What is the difference between Biblical coaching and regular counseling/therapy?
Biblical coaching and whole care are different than counseling or therapy in that it works with people who are generally healthy, want to achieve new goals or form better habits in their life and would benefit from walking with others who can help them discover the best plan of action founded on Biblical principles and trust in Jesus.
3. What is the difference between Biblical coaching and Biblical/Christian counseling?
Biblical/Christian counseling focuses on using qualified skills and insight to help people identify and resolve issues from the past that are effecting their present. Biblical coaching focuses on helping someone identify their future goals and providing motivation and encouragement to help them follow through with achieving those goals.
4. What if I need counseling or therapy instead of coaching?
I'm happy to refer you to a trusted Christian counseling service here in Springs. Below are two counseling centers we've personally used and recommend:

5. Are there any fees for your Biblical coaching and soul care service?
No, while it's common for most life coaches to charge a service fee, this is something I do as a ministry for people when I have the time in the evenings or during the weekends. I don't want money to be an obstacle for those needing Biblical coaching and whole care.
6. How is your Biblical coaching different than other Christian life coaches?
My life coaching and whole care might be structured a little different from others. There are two distinctive to my approach to Biblical coaching:
5 strategic sessions - Every coaching recipient works through a five week framework one-on-one with me that eventually ends after the 5th segment.
Community Care Group participation - after the 5 weeks of strategic sessions, each recipient is invited and encouraged to attend a weekly online community care group.
These two forms of coaching provide both individual and community support to help each participant stay encouraged and empowered to keep moving toward the Biblical change and Christlike transformation they need.
7. What does 'Whole Care' mean?
Whole care is simply a term that recognizes that there are many areas in life we all want to grow and develop in, many of those areas surface more depending on the seasons of life we're in. Whole care is acknowledging and evaluating those areas, while Biblical coaching works hand in hand to provide encouragement and clarity for the desired areas of growth from a scriptural perspective.
Step one:
The 5-Week Framework
The journey of Biblical coaching begins with a 5 segment framework together one-on-one for five week. During this time, I'll work with you gaining clarity in the following areas:
Week one: Issues of what's holding you back
Week two: Awareness of where you're at
Week three: Vision of where you want to be
Week four: Strategy of what you want to do
Week five: Action needed to move you forward
After these five weeks, you'll have a clearer and developing understanding for where you feel God is calling you to be in your life and how you can get there.
After the five week segments have come to an end, you'll be invited to join a weekly community care group online via Zoom.
Step two:
Join a Community Care Group
The weekly community care group is hosted online via Zoom, and lasts about one hour. All participants of this group have gone through the 5 segment framework in step one, and gather to support each other by living out the following seven group values:
Value one: Walking with each other in our challenges
Value two: Respecting what each other brings to the table
Value three: Being thankful for what God has given us
Value four: Showing complete grace in missed goals
Value five: Behaving toward others in love
Value six: Practicing good listening and understanding
Value seven: Evaluating in order to learn and grow
This group regularly meets on an on-going basis, but is scheduled for four semesters through out the year, each semester lasting 12 weeks. We encourage participants to commit to attending weekly for at least one full semester whenever possible. Participants aren't obligated to attend all four semesters of the year, and are encouraged to take a break as needed whenever a semester comes to an end.
