Some of us are in a pretty good place in life. Others might be working through a difficult season.

The truth is though, ALL of us were meant to be in community with others.

Our weekly community group is a space to have open conversations, share our lives and encourage each other through prayer and scripture reflection.

What we focus on

Our weekly group is Christ-centered.
This means we believe Jesus invites us into a journey of transformation and that he gives us the opportunity to invite him into our lives.

We believe in creating a healthy space for mental* and spiritual wellness that walks through the following areas:

Week 1 - Gratitude, Attention, Change
Week 2 - Emotions and Feelings
Week 3 - Personal Beliefs
Week 4 - Thought Patterns
Week 5 - Core Values

5 Healing steps to forgiveness

inspired by the best selling book "Free to Focus" by Michael Hyatt. These changes have made a big difference for me.
